We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns or exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of delivery (as indicated by the carrier's tracking).

Requirements

Each product page includes a Return Policy tab indicating whether the item is returnable. If the tab states "Our standard return policy applies to this item," then the item is eligible for return or exchange within the 7-day window.

For eligible items:

- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

- Items must be unused, with all original tags affixed and packaging intact.

- Modatrova must authorize all returns before they are sent back.

Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our return portal and follow the instructions. Once your return is approved, you will receive further details on how to send your item back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns refunded to the original payment method will incur a restocking fee of 4% of the return value. To avoid this fee, you may choose store credit or an exchange.
