Inspired by Cartolina Nantucket’s favorite muse — the mother of their owner Margaret Anne- pulled straight from faded photos of her European travels. The Peggy blouse features a smocked cuff band with custom embroidery, covered buttons and loops, side vents, and a sweet bow at the neck.
