While we hope you love your order from Modatrova, we understand there may be a need to return your item(s).

Returns

We accept return requests within 5 days of receipt. The item must be unused with tags affixed and in all original packaging. Please email orders@modatrova.com with the exact items you wish to return. If over 5 days have passed since you received your item, we will not be able to initiate a refund.

Eligible Items

All full-priced items are eligible for return unless otherwise noted on the brand's page or in the product description, so please pay special attention prior to placing your order. All made-to-order, customized and personalized products will not be accepted for a return or exchange. We do not accept returns on sale items.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund you are expecting, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at orders@modatrova.com.
