Once order is placed, please allow 2 weeks for items to be delivered.
While we hope you love your order from Modatrova, we understand there may be a need to return your item(s).
We accept return and exchange requests within 5 days of receipt. The item must be unused with tags affixed and in all original packaging. Please email email@example.com with the exact item(s) you wish to return. If over 5 days have passed since you received your item, we will not be able to initiate a refund.
Holiday Gift Exchanges
For holiday gift orders placed November 18 through December 25, we will accept exchange requests through January 1, 2021. The item must be unused with tags affixed and in all original packaging. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the exact item(s) you wish to exchange.
All full-priced items are eligible for return, with the exception of made-to-order, customized and personalized products. We do not accept returns on sale items.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund you are expecting, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
