While we hope you love your Modatrova order, we understand there may be a need to return your item(s).

Process

We accept return and exchange requests within 14 days of your item's ship date. The item must be unused with tags affixed and in all original packaging. Please visit returns.modatrova.com to initiate your return or exchange and follow the prompts from there.

Eligible Items

All full-priced items are eligible for return unless otherwise noted in the product description, so please pay special attention prior to placing your order. Made-to-order, customized and personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange. We do not accept returns on sale items.

Holiday Gift Exchanges

For holiday gift orders placed November 1 through December 25, we will accept exchange requests through January 8.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow at least 10 days for a refund notification.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
